It can be used purely as an accessory or can have a dual purpose- you can use it to clip accessories to your bag, tote, pram, etc! Please keep in mind that this is a novelty accessory- it is for fashion purposes only, so while it can be used to clip lightweight items like hats, scarves, small water bottles or earphone cases, it cannot be used for sport or heavy items.
