General Shipping FAQ

How often do orders dispatch? 

Domestic orders ship weekly buy due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic, I am only able to dispatch international orders once a month in the same dispatch as monthly pins. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do! International shipping is very affordable and ships through DHL eCommerce, which ends up being delivered to you by your local postal service. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Australia can be as fast as 1 business day, and international shipping ranges from 1-2 weeks up to 6 weeks for some regions. All Australian shipping options are with Australia Post and generally will not take more than 3 weeks. International shipping time frames are listed on the options at checkout.

Will Covid-19 affect my subscription?

Unfortunately, shipping delays may be unavoidable once your order is picked up by the courier. DHL is currently advising that international shipments from Australia may still experience delays in transit. All shipping options may take longer than usual quoted time frames. If your shipping options have an Express or Expedited option listed, it will be the quickest way to receive your order, although it still may not arrive within the quoted transit time. While the pandemic continues to have a lasting effect on the international delivery network, dispatch and transit times may change without notice but I try to update as soon as possible through Instagram if that is the case.

There are also frequently changing lists of which countries are not accepting international shipments. If you're worried this might apply to you, you can check with your local postal service for the current status and let me know- I am happy to hold your order for you until it can be sent. If you order and I notice that you are on a list of countries with known issues, no biggy! I will get in touch with your options at shipping time. 

For Domestic orders, Australia Post is experiencing sporadic delays and are currently not guaranteeing Express Delivery time frames. The situation can change quite fast- I post updates on Instagram if any new info becomes available.

Choosing Tracked options for your order is highly recommended at this time.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yep that's easy! Your address, payment method and subscription can all be managed from within the "My Account" section. Changing your  default address on the main page of your account does NOT automatically update your subscription address- you will also need to change it in the "Subscriptions" section of your account.

Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?

There are both untracked and tracked shipping options. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification and your account will list it as fulfilled. If you chose the Tracked shipping option, you will also receive an email directly from the carrier (Australia Post for domestic orders, DHL eCommerce for international) with a link to your tracking. For international orders, once your package has arrived in your country it will be taken over by your local postal service. You can use the same tracking number to track it through them for more detailed scans once in country.

My order hasn't arrived, can you help?

Yes! If the estimated delivery time has lapsed, please send an email to (for US orders this must be within 30 days from the shipping date) and I will look into it for you! Please include the name and email address used to purchase so I can identify your order. After 30 days from ship date for US orders, I am happy to still try and assist but the shipping carrier may not honor a claim for lost shipments outside this window.
