Can I order from the UK?
Due to new restrictions on international shipments entering the UK, I have had to suspend UK ordering in the online store. To send into the UK, my orders must come through a marketplace, in this case, Etsy. To place an order from the UK, head to Mandrake of the Month Club on Etsy. If what you're looking for isn't listed, send me a message through Etsy with your wishlist. I will then send back a purchase link.
Can I order from Europe?
Of course! To order from Europe, you can use either the online store or Etsy. Ordering through Etsy is probably the better option, as they will calculate your VAT into your purchase and you will not have to pay it when your order arrives in the destination country. Rules vary from country to country, so please make sure you check with your local postal services to find out if you will be responsible for any other clearance fees or taxes upon delivery. When ordering though the online store, you do NOT pre-pay any taxes at all and you WILL have to pay them to your delivery provider to receive your order. The receiver is solely responsible for paying any of these fees, and The Enamel Library cannot issue any refunds for orders that are unclaimed due to unpaid fees or taxes.
Will Covid-19 affect my subscription?
Unfortunately, shipping delays will be unavoidable once your order is picked up by the courier. DHL is currently advising that international shipments from Australia may have up to three weeks delay in delivery times on top of the regular transit time frames. All shipping options will take longer than usual quoted time frames. If your shipping options have an Express option listed, it will be the quickest way to receive your order, although it WILL NOT arrive within the quoted transit time. While the pandemic continues to have a lasting effect on the international delivery network, international orders may take up to 2 or 3 weeks from order date to dispatch.
There are also frequently changing lists of which countries are not accepting international shipments. If you're worried this might apply to you, you can check with your local postal service for the current status and let me know- I am happy to hold your box for you until it can be sent. If you order and I notice that you are on a list of countries with known issues, no biggy! I will get in touch with your options at shipping time.
For Domestic orders, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays and are currently not guaranteeing Express Delivery time frames. The situation can change quite fast- I post updates on Instagram if any new info becomes available.
Adding tracking to your order is highly recommended at this time.
Why is there no untracked shipping option to the USA anymore?
Due to price rises within the international postal networks, sending your order to the USA with the untracked shipping option now costs the same as the fastest option available to me (Tracked Expedited). For that reason there is no point in me even offering the untracked option anymore, so you will find there is only one option at checkout now. This new option allows for larger orders to ship for the same price, so I have also added an option at checkout to combine your order. The "Combine into my existing/subscription order" option can be used:
1. When you have recently placed an order that is yet to ship (eg. it includes items that are handmade or pre-orders, etc) you can use this option to add additional items into the same shipment.
or 2. For existing subscribers who would like to place an order that will be held and ship with their next monthly subscription order.
The shipping at checkout will calculate based on the weight of the extra items you're ordering and may not add any extra cost at all, depending on what you order. Hopefully this keeps ordering from the US accessible and affordable. Please note that this option can ONLY be used to combine into orders that include the full USA shipping price. If you order with this option and you do not have an existing order where you payed the full shipping fee, the order will be held until your next purchase that includes full priced shipping.
What is The Enamel Library?
The Enamel Library is an Australia-based subscription service that will deliver you a new Shelfie Enamel Pin once a month, or as a one off purchase if you prefer. Every month features a hard enamel pin and a weatherproof vinyl sticker that fit the theme hint. Your Enamel Library Shelfie Pin will ship safe and sound in bespoke, plastic-free packaging.
How does subscribing work?
If you want to never miss a Shelfie, then subscribing is the answer! You will be automatically charged every month and then your Shelfie Pin will be delivered to your chosen address.
Can I just order one?
Of course! On the product page, you can choose to subscribe or make a one-off purchase- although subscribing is a little cheaper. One-off purchases are great for seeing if you like it- you can always come back and subscribe the next month if you discover you cannot live without monthly Shelfie Pins.
Will they sell out?
That's definitely possible! Numbers are limited, so as the Enamel Library Subscription is only new, it is impossible to predict how quickly they will run out. If a month is sold out, there will be another chance to subscribe or purchase the following month.
Do your ship internationally?
We do! International shipping is very affordable and ships through DHL eCommerce, which ends up being delivered to you by your local postal service.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Australia can be as fast as 1 business day, and international shipping ranges from 1-2 weeks up to 6 weeks for some regions. All Australian shipping options are with Australia Post and generally will not take more than 2 weeks. International shipping time frames are listed on the options at checkout.
My subscription payment was declined, what should I do?
Occasionally your recurring payment may not go through for a variety of reasons, and its nothing to worry about! If you got an email saying that your recurring payment was declined, the quickest way to complete payment and make sure your box leaves on time is to re-enter your card details via the link in the email. You can wait for the payment to automatically charge on its own, but this will happen after 3 business days and therefore the first batch of boxes may have already shipped by then. Charge attempts will be made every 3 business days, 5 times- if payment is not successful, your subscription will be cancelled. If you wish to re-activate, you can do so via optioms in your online account.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes! To skip a month or cancel your subscription completely, simply log into your The Enamel Library account and follow the options to cancel or check the Delivery Schedule to skip a month.
When do I get charged for the next month?
All subscription payments are charged on the 3rd of every month, excluding the first month immediately following your sign up date. That payment is skipped, as you already paid it when you signed up. Your subscription will then automatically renew on the 3rd of every month following unless you skip a month or cancel. Make sure your email is correct at sign up so you can receive all Subscription reminders and confirmations.
When does The Enamel Library ship?
The Enamel Library aims to be shipped as soon as possible after that month's payment renewal date, which should be within the first 2 weeks of every month. Follow on instagram @theenamellibrary for updates on shipping, plus sneak peeks!
Can I change my shipping address?
Yep that's easy! Your address, payment method and subscription can all be managed from within the "My Account" section. Changing your default address on the main page of your account does NOT automatically update your subscription address- you will also need to change it in the "Subscriptions" section of your account.
Will I get a tracking number when my box ships?
There are both untracked and tracked shipping options. Once your Monthly Shelfie Pin ships, you will receive a shipping notification and your account will list it as fulfilled. If you chose the Tracked shipping option, you will also receive an email directly from the carrier (Australia Post for domestic orders, DHL eCommerce for international) with a link to your tracking. For international orders, once your package has arrived in your country it will be taken over by your local postal service. You can use the same tracking number to track it through them for more detailed scans once in country.
